Mike provided a much needed market analysis as we had multiple appraisals that failed to provide clarity. Property was owned as tenants in common and 2 of the 3 tenants had virtually no past experience in the marketing/sale of real estate. Mike was able to explain in common terms the target pricing logic along with appropriate comps. His calming personality and in depth knowledge was invaluable in getting them through the process. He is timely, proactive, knowledgeable, conducts himself in a professional manner and can be trusted.
